It seems the work from home phenomenon is rapidly growing. Well I personally preferred virtual internship(Social Media Marketing Intern with PlayCez, Content Writer with IndianGeeksHub) over searching one in Bhubaneswar. There are quite a lot of advantages of it. First of all, you are at ease of working from your home, sitting in your cushioned sofa ,sipping a cup of tea while simultaneously meeting the deadline of the task. You can spend more time with your family and easily be available in case of emergencies. But this somehow dents productivity of an employee I believe. One should be proficient in using teaming technologies like instant messaging,teleconferencing,desk sharing and efficient use of collaboration softwares.
